At Hamza Ali Studio, every outfit is uniquely prepared on a made-to-order basis upon customer confirmation and specification of measurements. Because each garment undergoes custom fabric dyeing, cutting, handwork, and custom stitching specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced.
3. Pricing & Product Descriptions
We strive to display our garment details, fabric textures, embroidery work, and colors as accurately as possible. However, due to screen display settings and hand-crafting/dyeing processes, slight variations in color or handwork details may occur, which reflect the authentic human artistry of bespoke apparel.
4. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Since every article is created after confirmation, orders are dispatched within the estimated working days specified at checkout or confirmed by our team. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe doorstep delivery. Delivery times may vary during peak festive seasons or unexpected logistics delays.
5. Quality Assurance, Returns & Exchange
Quality is something we never compromise on. Every outfit goes through a strict multi-level quality inspection before packaging. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our garments, returns or refunds are not applicable. In the rare event of a defect or size discrepancy from our end, please reach out to our team within 24–48 hours of delivery for assistance.
